Right next to the hospital is Stadionparken – a playground – and activity park with challenges and play equipment for children of all ages. The main attractions in the park are two different playgrounds, a skatebowl, training area and a flexible sportfield serving as skating arena in the winter.
Bring your bike and cycle, skateboard, play pirates on the schooner and spin on the merry-go-round. This is fun!
A gravel court serves as a ball field in summer and an ice rink in winter. The play area is located in the former velodrome and is the source of inspiration for the play area called the "mini velodrome" with jumps, bounces and spinning games.
The skate park is a concrete park where you can ride bmx, scooters or skateboards.
Stadionparken is also the starting point for several city center walks.
