Vauldalen – a meeting place in the mountains
Vauldalen is located 40 kilometers east of Røros, at an altitude of 840 meters. You’ll find us at Norway’s rooftop, 1,500 meters from the Swedish border, in scenic surroundings beneath the magnificent Viggelfjella mountains.
Here you’ll find fishing lakes, trails, and mountains stretching as far as the eye can see.
We pack equipment and food on packhorses, and our local guides can take you on day trips, with or without overnight stays. Enjoy a delicious dinner or lunch around the campfire, sleep under the open sky if you wish; our guides have many local stories from the area that add something extra to the tour.
